Terrible experience. Sat here with my son”on deck” for 45 minutes, called everyone who signed in online first. Then his name disappeared and they called the next person. Then got snippy with me when I pointed it out. No need to be so nasty.

The stylist I had was nice and did a great job. I took my 18 year old son with me to get his hair cut too, and his stylist could not have been ruder. First, she treated him like a 2 year old, then, even as he had presented her with a free haircut referral, she apparently took exception to the tip he gave her (deserved nothing), and proceeded to, as loud as possible in front of a gallery of waiting guests, ask me if "I knew what just happened here?" as in, that he received a free haircut. I slapped her another $5 and determined never to go to this location again.
